It looks like a great set up. The only things I see that are missing are some of the classes i.e. Avengers, Bards, Invokers, Shamans, Barbarian, Sorcerer, Warden and Druid from PHB2 and their Heroic, Epic, and Paragon features etc. etc.. When I loaded it up there were a lot of errors.

Do you know if this will work with Numbers for the iPad?

@a.bird – Not in its current state – Numbers for iPad strips out sliders, tickboxes and lots of other things this is built around. An iPad version would need to be a lot simpler and require manual updating – more like a pen and paper character sheet.

@Chris – Thanks for that – I’m adding missing classes and classes from the PHB3 as well. This is very much a way to teach myself a bit about DnD and Numbers, so apologies for all the mistakes – if you could tell me any massive blunders then please do! I would like to add more to it but it does get very complicated – Numbers doesn’t seem to have any if/else functionality which would make life easier for me.

I have a problem with some ability modifiers, which also influences the skills table: in case of an ability score of 9, the spreadsheet autocalculates a modifier of 0 instead of -1 (zee PHB). the same goes for an ability score of 7 (modifier: -1 instead of -2).

Oh dear, that’s no good! I’m adding the PHB3 characters to an update, I will check my maths on the ability scores while I am at it
